Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than items that are received damaged or broken.
Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance purchases are final sale. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another scent. We encourage customers to carefully read product descriptions and scent profiles before making a purchase to ensure you select the fragrance that best suits you.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we are happy to offer a full refund. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging it arrived in. This helps us verify the issue and improve our shipping processes.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
